Mirror arrived quickly and was very well packed. The Parcel Force tracking did not work at all and the PF delivery person was unable to offer any Explanation? One point of concern is you cannot return the mirror once it's been fitted, but testing before fitting really requires electrical knowledge as you are dealing with mains voltage ie 240v AC. Instructions are basic although fitting is simple for the competent d i y person.

Spoke to a lovely gentleman over the phone who suggested a similar mirror and arranged for the replacement to be sent to me the following day. I ordered the Paris C16 at 10pm on a Tuesday night and it was delivered quickly on the following Thursday morning, very well packaged indeed. No danger of any damage during carriage!
